Canberra Child Psychiatry Centre is a multidisciplinary center with child psychiatrist, pediatrician, psychologists, Occupational therapist, adult psychiatrists and counselor. We provide comprehensive child psychiatrist service and transition services including initial psychiatrist and pediatrician assessments, comprehensive neuropsychiatry assessment (for both pediatrics and adults), therapy, counselling and group services.
At present we have short waiting list for neuropsychiatry assessment, counselor and family therapy. We are recruiting for our different groups for term 2. Book are open for psychiatrists and pediatricians. (this can be highlighted or made prominent in some ways).

We are proud to announce the establishment of the Mahavir Jain Charitable Foundation, in collaboration with ACT Day Hospital and its affiliated entities. The primary mission of the Foundation is to provide essential medical services to individuals within our community who are unable to afford necessary care.
The Foundation is dedicated to offering critical surgical and interventional pain management procedures, specifically targeting underserved populations, including, but not limited to, victims of domestic violence, single parents with limited financial resources, and cancer patients in their final stages of life. These individuals, who would otherwise be unable to access such treatments, are the focus of our efforts to ensure equitable healthcare.
The Mahavir Jain Charitable Foundation will be supported through various fundraising initiatives, including a portion of profits from our associated entities. The Foundation will also actively seek donations and contributions from individuals and organisations committed to making a positive impact in our community.
The Foundation will cover hospital fees as well as surgical and anaesthetic fees. While we aim to provide comprehensive services, we are committed to expanding the scope of our offerings as resources allow. This initiative reflects our deep gratitude for the support of our community, and our desire to assist those who may otherwise fall through the gaps in the healthcare system.
